Andrea's journey into holistic wellness began in 2011 when she was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. This diagnosis led her to explore various healing modalities to manage chronic pain, eventually earning her certification in Herbalism. Her deep interest in natural and therapeutic plant use laid the foundation for her holistic approach to health and wellness. In March 2023, Andrea expanded her knowledge by training as a Neurofeedback Technician at Brain Love Neurotherapy, where she discovered the profound benefits of neurofeedback for diverse clients, including young people.

As a dedicated mom of two, Andrea skillfully balances her professional and family life. She emphasizes the importance of maintaining both brain and body health to enhance overall quality of life and mental well-being.
